Getting Ready for Your Portfolio Review

I'm so glad you've chosen Elisheva Educational Services for your student's annual portfolio review! My goal is to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.

Step 1 – Complete the Portfolio Review Information Form (Everyone)

All families should begin by completing Form 1. This provides the information I need to prepare your evaluation and complete the required paperwork.

Step 2 – Submit Your Portfolio (Virtual Reviews Only)

If you have scheduled a virtual portfolio review, please complete Form 2 to upload your student's work samples and answer the student discussion questions required as part of the Florida portfolio review process.

If you have scheduled an in-person portfolio review, you do not need to complete Form 2. Simply bring your portfolio with you to our meeting.

Using Step Up For Students Scholarship Funds?

If you plan to use your Step Up For Students FES-UA or PEP scholarship to pay for your portfolio review, please reserve your funds through the EMA Marketplace before your scheduled evaluation. Search for Elisheva Educational Services and select Annual Home Education Portfolio Review to complete your reservation.

If you're paying out of pocket, I accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, PayPal, and cash at the time of your evaluation.
